The KHRA hours of operation are 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday with the license office open from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

The office is located in the Kentucky Horse Park.
From I-64 East
Take the I-75 North exit 75 toward Cincinnati. The office is located off exit 120 (Ironworks). Turn right off the ramp, then take your first left into the Horse Park. Go past the guard shack, take your second left. Go to the end of that road, turn right. Follow until you see a sign for the National Horse Center. The KHRA is located in Building B of Building 4063.
From I-75 South
Bear right onto exit 120 (Ironworks) and turn left off the ramp onto Ironworks Pike. Take the first left into the Horse Park. Go past the guard shack, take your second left. Go to the end of that road, turn right. Follow until you see a sign for the National Horse Center. The KHRA is located in Building B of Building 4063.
From I-75 North
Follow I-75 North toward Cincinnati. Bear right onto exit 120 (Ironworks) and turn right off of the ramp onto Ironworks Pike. Take the first left into the Horse Park. Go past the guard shack, take your second left. Go to the end of that road, turn right. Follow until you see a sign for the National Horse Center. The KHRA is located in Building B of Building 4063.
